I’m a lifelong resident of the Aurora area. I graduated from West Aurora High School and followed that with two years in the United States Army stationed in Okinawa. I then attended Waubonsee Community College and Northern Illinois University.

Starting in 1977, I have enjoyed a long-time career with Pilmer Real Estate. My knowledge of and experience in the Aurora area is a great asset to clients past, present and future.

I am a past Association Board of Directors member and past President of that Association. I also have sat on the Board of Directors of MLSNI and MRED, Multiple Listing Services. I served on the Board of Aurora Downtown for three years made up of a group of dedicated downtown businessmen promoting the improvement of Aurora. Especially the downtown.

I believe in a common-sense approach to real estate sales centered on the highest quality service to my clients, both buyers and sellers. I want them to leave the worrying to me.

I now reside in Aurora with my wife and CEO, Linda Pilmer. We enjoy spending time with friends and family, being outdoors on our patio and making and eating good food with family and friends around our pond. We also like to travel when we can. I enjoy biking, bowling, and golf, as well as attending local sporting events.
